There are many types of premises liability cases, and even more defenses available to defeat these claims.  Hoffman and Roth, LLP has been successfully handling these claims using skills honed through many years of advocacy.  We set up an early evaluation of the likely theories of liability that the plaintiff will advance, and then figure out the likely strategies to defeat or minimize each theory.  This is an ongoing process, with changes and modifications made at every stage of the proceeding.

 

The slip and fall cases typically involve identifying key issues such as whether the defendants had notice of the alleged defect, and whether a defect actually existed.  These issues are key and discussed and analyzed throughout the matter.  Pre-trial discovery is geared to establishing defenses and potential summary judgment motions.
